Cannot use keyboard

My Laptop is BENQ JOYBOOK S42. When I load the live-usb 11, mouse can operate but keyboard is not. So, any advice for Newbie.

P.S. Also I tried to do full install just in case live usb cannot detect keyboard. The result is also the same or maybe worst. After I select the installation menu, the 1st one, It went to next page which say start installing but the screen was freeze. I've just thought that the laptop or keyboard is not compatible with Fedora 11. Please advice.

Same thing happened when I installed F11 on my wife's laptop. However, I connected a USB keyboard, rebooted, and the built in keyboard worked after that. It's not a good answer, I know, but it worked for me, so it might work for you, too.
