Hi, I've just yummed from fc2.90 to 2.91. everything seems to be updated corretly but wher I reboot I get "unable to open initial console" error and eveything hangs. Iāve googled around a bit and found about free disk space problems (i have about 3gb free on the /) and about grub that can't find the / partition (it seems to be corrected configured in the grub configuration file.

any idea on how to solve this ?

thanks

giuliano

ps: brief configuration of the system
/boot is hda1 (50 mb free)
/ is hda2 (3gb free)
swap is hda3
I have some LVM disks on hdb and hdd (15gb free)
cdrom is hdc
boot loader is grub

It's not disk space. It's the new 2.6.8.1 kernel issue.
