Hello,
As planed in Fedora 12 QA schedule, before official ISO drop of Beta 'test compose', we will have a Pre-Beta Rawhide Install Test this week(Sept 14 -Sept 18). The purpose of this testing is to provide data on whether rawhide is 'good enough' for more general installation testing against the 'test compose'.
Currently, we have no official ISO media provided by release engineering. So testers,please locate a nearby F12 rawhide mirror and install latest rawhide following this link:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Releases/Rawhide#Direct_daily_Rawhide_install
I have created a test result matrix for you. You can find test cases and add test results here: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Test_Results:Fedora_12_PreBeta_Install
With the help of fedora infrastructure team,the test result matrix page supports anonymous 'access' and 'edit' now.
If get some defects during testing,please refer to bug reporting guide [1], any question,get help from:
* IRC: #fedora-qa on irc.freenode.net
* Mailing list: fedora-test-list
* Reference of ways to communicate at:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Communicate

Thanks
