I have a Radeon 9200 and am trying to get the Tvout to work in fedora so its like a second desktop where i can have MPlayer running to have me films on while still using compuer as i did in windows. The TV works in windows and when the pc starts up and displays GRUB fine but as soon as it gets to the log on screen i just see a really scrambled picture with 3 black bands horizontally across the screen. There is something behind the scambledness as the colour of it is the same as what is displayed on my monitor. i have the latest drivers from ati and set it up with fglrxconfig to what i think is right based on when i did it in RH9 but no joy.
Also, when its working is there a way to have the tv set to be at the top left of my monitor so i can only get to it by moving my mouse to the corner at the top left of my screen
Any ideas?
