1. Windows seems to not boot at all, not even an error it just hangs there while the LED goes crazy requires use of reset button every time.
2. Upgrade retaining existing data from FC2 to FC3t2 cannot log in as normal user get error can't set executable.. (I'll check again to make sure i know what the exact error is.)
3. Sound is nonexistant, can't play mp3 files.
4. It also appears that it did not detect my monitor properly a syncmaster 710n lcd which worked perfectly with FC2, right now I am stuck at 800x600.
Can anyone help me?

Just so you know, the test releases (fc#t#) are for bug testing - thanks for your help!
Now for your problems.
they suggest you do a fresh install of test realeases on a seperate partition, not an upgrade. fedora currently has terrible support for upgrades. so I suggest you post you error here, but if we can't help you you should file a bug report a the fedora bugzilla (http://bugzilla.redhat.com)

I defeated teh stupid windows bootloader crap :D *Does victory dance.. Apparently it was the classic problem of window's bootloader not keeping in sync with where th OS actually is (Good ol hal.dll error is what NORMALLY comes up in this situation but for some strange reason it didn't show ANYTHING at all it was just a black screen of doom instead of the standard blue...:) ) What is even stranger is that my custom windows xp pro cd refused to boot on my desktop as it normally does, windows setup refused to come up and the LED was going crazy blazing red. The CD worked just fine on my laptop though, it's a really good thing I had win2k3 corp lying around...I would have been screwed without it...hehehe. But I seem to have gotten windows back in all of its lack of glory...It also appears that all of my important settings have remained intact. Alsa sound mixing still seems to work have to do some more testing of xmms and gaim sounds though, at this point gaim sounds seem to be getting truncated....ah well I hated the sounds any way. I also find it strange that KDE got installed even though I only wanted the multimedia so I could try noatun......
The resolution problem seems to be KDE specific seeing as that as soon as I logged in with gnome I was able to set the resolution to maximum without one complaint from Fedora. The lack of issue was a misconfiguration of the sound server it was set to aRts instead of ALSA.
I think Selinux was screwing around with my permissions some how and that was preventing me from logging in as a normal user..I turned it off and I was able to log in as a normal user just fine.
Oh and of course ntfs read is broken although the new system seems to mount ntfs drives anyway.....

Gaim sounds are working properly now it was the gaim version at fault, it looks like my alsa mixing survived the upgrade as well.
