Hi,
I am having some problems with my display. I am running FC2 on a Compaq Presario Laptop, with a celeron and 191MB of RAM. The graphics card is an ATI 340M and the driver is xorg radeon. I can't post my config or log files as I don't have the machine with me at the moment, but I have already posted them on another thread, along with many more details about my system and a example .png of the problem are on another thread: http://www.fedoraforum.org/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1740
I will describe the problems: I get redrawing problems when I scroll down slowly in gnome terminal, and frequently when I'm using Openoffice.org (e.g. when changing the margins lines will stay on the screen, or when inserted footnotes the edges of prompt boxes will stay on the screen). I can't play tuxracer, I simply get a blue screen with strange blue lines running down it.
Can anyone help me with this? I would appreciate it very much indeed. It is basically the only problem with the system, and is irritating me a lot!!
A thousand thanks, Matt
