How do you arrange your Gnome Panel(s)

I was just wondering if I'm the only one who hates the look of a taskbar... I have a single thin panel across the top, with the "Applications" and "Actions" Menu's on the top left, and the clock and a "window selector" on the right. What does everyone else do??
