Are there links for Fedora 13 and Gnome 3.0 (2.30)

What I am excited about is Fedora 13! :) But I don't see anything on Fedora's site about Fedora 13 :( . And I don't see anything on Gnome site about Gnome 3.0. Are there links for anything I am looking for?

Answer in short: NO.

Additional information: You are a year early. F11 (!) was just released a few days ago., which ships GNOME 2.6. So, both Fedora 13 and GNOME 3.0 are due in about a year.
