Hi guys im running on Fedora 8 but i can get maximum Screen resolution is 800x600 only also no sounds realtek sound card i have and nvidia 6100 graphic card and Gigabyte dns mother board

plez tel me to way solve this problem,the thing is im armature to open source platform
