Good afternoon, is there a new method for connecting USB devices in Fedora 10 (or Fedora 9)?

The problem is that in Fedora 8, i could connect my Sony C920 telefoon it would import all the pictures with Gthumb. Now Fedora 10 it will show the device as mass storage but i cannot connect/mount it.

The same problem with (old) camera my daugther like to use trust 350Ft Fedora 8 "just stick it in". And import the photo's with Digikam (yes not Gthumb)

I have tried to get the devices to work with F10 and also search internet but can't find a solution.

Could someone please explain if there has been changes at a highlevel that needs to be fixed before these device will work again?
Or
If there are workarounds (maybe in UDEV rules?)
Or
Just buy new hardware/keep Fedora 8 alive :)

Yours kindly

In Fedora 9 just plug in your camera and open gthumb. Then from the menu: File --> Import photo's. A gui should pop up giving you various options.

Thank you for the reply, indeed the telephone is working with Fedora 9.
Any suggestions for use in Fedora 10? both trust 350FT and the telephone?
