Hello, i have a box running FC2 and i have a web server running on there. The webserver works fine, but only on LAN... I have both port fowarding enabled (through my NetGear RT314 router) and my firewall (the one that comes with FC2) setup to allow web connections.
But, i can only get access to my Apache server from the inside of my lan. Im running DHCP, but i know that this box is always 192.168.0.3. So, why cant i connect from the internet? I can connect to my router's control panel's site. But the error i always get is: connection timed out.

Help!
Thanks

check your config file and make sure you have the right port and all that stuff set up right inside the conf..also some isps will block you from hosting on port 80...i have cox and that is my case..also you have to restart the service if you changed anything

What are you entering into the browser to "see" it from the internet? That 198.... address is only visible internally - you have to use the IP address that the router gets from your ISP.

check the netgear, i believe those routers filter 80 and 21 ports by default... So if you foreward the packets, it will still get filtered.

They will be under the filters section of telnet.
