Hi,
Just tested a yum upgrade to F11. Failed. Tried many thing without success.
Tried a preupgrade with succes.
But now, all my repo are gone for good.
How do I get them back ?

$ rpm -qa fedora-releas*
fedora-release-notes-10.0.0-0.3.noarch
fedora-release-10.92-1.noarch
Are the above installed/
What repos are listed here
$ cd /etc/yum.repos.d
[darwinhwebb@Jovette-14 yum.repos.d]$ ls
fedora-rawhide.repo fedora-updates.repo
fedora.repo fedora-updates-testing.repo
Check the fedora-rawhide.repo
cat fedora-rawhide.repo
[rawhaide]
enabled=1
all the others repos enabled=0
If they are ok, then you have everything on the repos
as the last rawhide report for the 17th and today are being held for rpm and presto and other fixes.

As requested.
[root@Fedora11 ~]# rpm -qa fedora-releas*
fedora-release-10.92-1.noarch
fedora-release-notes-10.0.0-1.noarch
[root@Fedora11 ~]# cd /etc/yum.repos.d
[root@Fedora11 yum.repos.d]# ll
total 0
See, I don't have any repo in there...
Question is how do I get some so that yum work again.
Thanks.

Well, the question is how did they disappear but the fedora-release rpm is used to change the repos
Download the fedora-release-10.92-1.noarch rpm
then try a rpm -ivh fedora-release-10.92-1.noarch.rpm --replacefiles --test
If no errors, uparrow, BkSp over --test, enter
check /esc/reps.d for new repo files
If errors, try
rpm -e fedora-release-10.92-1.noarch --nodeps
rpm -ivh fedora-release-10.92-1.noarch.rpm --test
if no errors, uparrow, BkSp over --test, enter
check /etc/yum/repos.d
for new rpo files
if errors
download latest yum rpm
and and repeat as above
If that does not work
I'm out of suggestions.

followed by
rpm -ivh fedora-release-10.92-1.noarch.rpm
ll /etc/yum.repos.d/
total 16
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1959 2009-03-09 22:24 fedora-rawhide.repo
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1141 2009-03-09 22:24 fedora.repo

-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1175 2009-03-09 22:24 fedora-updates-testing.repo
Getting somewhere here... Now I got...

Commented all the mirrors and uncommented the base in fedora*.repo
baseurl=http://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/development/$basearch/os/
#mirrorlist=https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/metalink?repo=rawhide&arch=$basearch
It's now working.
Thanks for the help.
