xguest now owner of files creaeted by uid 500 in F10

In F11 then user xguest ( uid 500 ) is now owner of files created off user with uid 500 in F10 which was the first user created in F10. This is a little bit confusing. It would better if xguest uid was different what was first user acount in fedora.
