For some reason I cannot kill vncserver. When I type vncserver -kill:1, I get the following error: Unable to start Xvnc, exiting. Can someone please tell me how I can kill vncserver without rebooting? Thanks.

I think I just figured it out. I needed a space before the :1.

Further if you need any more help then you may like to check this: http://fedoranews.org/tchung/vnc/
And yes the correct syntax is: vncserver -kill :1
