Fedora Core 3 Test 2 Slipps

Fedora Core 3 Test 2 has been delayed till the 20th for further bug fixing and testing. There are RC's available for Test 2 for people to test who are interested. Personally i am waiting on the official Test 2 but for those that are interested simply check out the mailing list.
