login window

Greetings:

When I first loaded my machine with a Live 11-Alpha CD, of course, it was a minimal install!

I am looking at how to change the login screen, and it says to go to System --> Administration --> Login Window. There is nothing in the menu that says Login whatsoever...

Can anyone tell me package to install to get this functionality back?

I don't think login window customization has worked since Fedora 9. If you search the forum you can find the details.
