Installed into Virtual-box 2.2.0-beta1 on F10 Host (Pent IV 2.4 ht, Intel GBF865 #GB memory)

1. LVM LV's could be add and deleted ok.

2. LVM PE size still 4MB default and can not be changed. Needs to be default of 32MB.
4MB PE is even slower in VDI

3. Install started with 1139 packages selected. Took almost 3 hours.Screen stoped refreshing at times, mouse triggered refresh.

4. First boot was very slow, about 5 min, Firstboot screen came up but there was no mouse or keyboard..
This can be fixed with xorg.conf (screen, monitor, endev) but it is tedious
However, the lack of a keyboard and a timeout on grub of 0 prevents using it. Trying boot iso rescue.

Where did you find a rawhide boot.iso that had any server definitions in it?

I found one to try, but it had nothing no location to pull images from. I guess the copy I found from NC State was intended for a PXE boot install when you have a local kickstart server.

I must be cursed...

I installed fresh from that iso and it resulted in a system that would boot halfway and hang. Lots of services failed to start. Maybe I'll look around for another one closer to home.
