Fedora2 ??? FC1 much better

Before with FC1 no problen now with FC2 I can't connect to my workstation on microsoft network....

so:

I hawing one hd-disk
when I make fresh install of FC2 I format all of partition except one with my data on it.

When Fedor2 start, i can't go to windows network, my lock icon dont work, printer dont print, and now am asking, did I must format all of my partition to make Fedora Core2 work normali or is something wrong with me??? :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:

If you wouldn't do it by hand, anaconda would ask to do it during the installation. What exact problems do you have? And might they be connected with the new kernel and the new version of Gnome?

I do manuali with anaconda, delete all partition except one, and manuali defind boot,root and home partition. Fedora make install and then I change fstab to see my partition, all thing whas there,
in Fedora1 I install'd wine bat didnt succes from that moment my printer didnt work no more, printer is attacht on windows workstation.

Naw my printer allso not work..

Naw a'm burning CD's with my data and I will make fresh install of FC2 and erese all partition... and if then printer whant print am going back to microsof (jouk)....

SMB is broken with the distribution CDs - there's threads about that. I understand that kernel 2.6.7 fixes smb. Search on this site for more info about smb problems.
