Sound/ update/package install/video render/ mount =Too much..!!!

Hi all I'm a new user for Linux i have been using it now for 2 months till now i was using Mandriva and it was fine then moved to open.ugly.SUSE till i downloaded fedora11 and didn't realize its alpha except after download but i did like it its different and kde is improved.
but honestly i had some troubles with my version and i looked 4 solutions on Google and here but nothing matching my situation so i was hoping i could get some help from expert users as i don't want to change my distro till its finished and official.

1st.
I had the problem about my NTFS partitions when i log in with my user it opens normally but cant access my drives through any programs till i have to open dolphin then click thee drive then enter the root password and i repeat for each one but the real strange :eek:is that i lose my mounts after reboot or log out then i have to do it again each start up.
2nd
its about media audio and video i know its about codecs and my mp3's aren't working because of g streamer i looked for it and found them installed by default so my amarok give me error and also all included media players .

i think those r my series problems:confused: other issues i found is like:
some times icons r not drawing well and looks like scratch specially at the systray also when switching from window to another it happens to the whole screen it takes millisecond. but its visible.

update ain't working it gives me that the signature is not valid same for the installs
hope i didn't bother any one since this is my first post after installing fedora 3 days ago
and i will appreciate any help :)

Any ideas i tried software manager its one of 2
1 not loading and click cancel or force install when force it do nothing
or refreshing list then stops on the title
unknown state

--nogpgcheck
yum --nogpgcheck install (File)
its fine
