I have downloaded the Fedora 10 KDE Live CD and burned it. When i booted it i selected verify and boot. It checked the CD and there were no errors so it booted and when the loading bar reached the end i just got a black screen with a blinking white cursor. Nothing else was there. When i typed various commands and hit enter it did nothing, just moved to the next line. I don't really care anymore about running the live CD but i would like it to install Fedora.
Any help would be appreciated.

Need more info.
-The amount of ram of your machine? (If you have 256 mb or less you will have to wait quite long half hour, if this is your case buy more ram)
-Press 'Esc' while the 3 color bar (you should see .. switching new root .. adding live user .. [OK] ...)
-Try a live CD with no KDE.
-Try with no HDD connected.
If you have more than 1GB of ram and not running on vista try to use a virtual machine like virtualbox (sun) create a dummy drive of 100 mb and try the live CD.
