I am using Linux.
If I change the mainboard, will Linux has any problem with the configuration. Will it auto config the system ?

Yes, it should detect new hardware and automagically configure the system - I've changed motherboard + processor + memory before and then booted and everything was like it was before I changed the boards.
Good Luck!

Yes it should be fine.
If you have the option though, most computer Operating Systems manufacturers would prefer you reinstall. It would clean out previous system dependencies.

It helps a lot if you keep to the same CPU and motherboard manufacturer. I've changed out 2 different AMD processors and 3 ASUS motherboards on a single Linux install. About the only other thing that "changed" were the sound and network drivers and kudzu handled them easily.
