Well, before I could login to day, I had 2 issues..
1: Fedora Rawhide, turned my screen, keyboard, mouse off as it got to GDM
2: Fedora 10 Stable, decided Compiz was no longer going to work.
So I fixed these issues, first off I started off with the Fedora stable.. as I though "Should be easier"
So in the end I ended up renaming .gconf from my Home Dir, as I was unsure as of what exactly was making my panel's invisible, pure blue screen, and no desktop icons... oh and mouse was only thing to move. At first I logged in as root (from startx) to see if it was a global issue, or just mine.. it was just me.. typical.
Anywho, I just finished re-configuring gnome to how I like it, then I decided to enable compiz fusion, and that seemed to be the issue all along as I had to wait 30 seconds for it to all come back from being invisible again..
So I rebooted into Rawhide to see what's causing that, seemed it was even easier as it was as simple as editing xorg from the "to be default" nvidia driver, to "nv" driver, perfect booted up proper again...
Anyone else get these 2 issues? (No I never updated my rawhide or stable before I got these issues.

Edit: Just realised: Funny enough, for the last 2 days I've been asking people "Why does my computers "just work" all the time?" xD.
