C-Media CM8738 sound problems

I am currently having a problem with my sound card. It's just stopped working >_< It worked fine when I first installed Fedora 10, (about 10 hours ago) but now something has stopped it from working. The C-Media CM8738 card is listed in the sound config but the test outputs no sound and nothing else outputs any sound.

What can I do to fix this?

So no help at all then? If it's of any use the sound has stopped working on my eeebuntu laptop.

Ok, I'll bit. What on earth is the connection suppose to be between asking for help on a F10 sound issue and then posting a couple days later that a completely different computer running a different OS is having sound issues too?
