I am running Fedora 10 x86_64 on an Acer Aspire M3100 (A Desktop Computer). I recently tried to enable my Brother HL-2140 printer which comes with support for the Linux operating system. Note that I am just trying to use it as a regular old printer through USB. Also note that I have had this printer working on Debian Lenny and Fedora 8.

So I jumped into terminal and ran system-config-printer and set up my printer as usual. Everything seemed to be fine. I even rebooted to be sure. And then when I go to print a file it accepts the printer job but it doesn't print the file. I then went onto the cups web interface and checked it out. And it says the file has been printed....

Any help would be great. Thanks
