Hi All
Hope you can help me. I have a Fedora 10 Server running Apache, MySQL, & Samba. All is well with my configurations. I have content (reference documents, software) saved on an NTFS drive. I would have liked to have it on ext3 filesystem, but it's a Drobo (Proprietary External HD enclosure with built in redundancy) and only uses NTFS or FAT32.
I have finally been able to configure SELinux to allow Samba to Export(Share) from my Drobo, I had to enable the device in the boolean options, but Apache will only allow access to the files if they have the proper SELinux context. I cannot add a context to NTFS files. Is there any way around this, can I just tell SELinux to let Apache access the files on my Drobo.
If there is any information you need, plz let me know.
Thanks for your help,
