Hi there,
I'm new on forum but I've been using Fedora for the past 2 years.
Now I decided to upgrade my earlier version FC7 to FC10 and have been in some trouble. Here at work I need to use some MS softs (unfortunatelly) and for this I used to use Crossover 6. Now I'm using Crossover 7.1.0 and could not use my softs I used to. I received the following error message:
"preloader: Warning: failed to reserve range 00000000-00010000"
And it ends generating a log which is attached.
I find a resolution to this issue to Ubuntu and did the same on my system but didn't work it out. That is to edit /etc/sysctl.conf and add the following line: vm.mmap_min_addr = 0.
Since now I'd really appreciate your help. :)
