Hi,

I just tried to build modules for wireless networking. In RH73 it works absolutly fine. In Fedora i got an error:
kernel is not using loadable modules ..
xmake shows me loadable modules are aktivated ...
Could anyone help me?

I use following paket:
linux-wlan-ng-0.2.1-pre19

Where did you get the wlan-ng driver from? I have heard people having success with the modules from here:
http://prism2.unixguru.raleigh.nc.us/

Maybe you could try these. And make sure you have the latest (2174) kernel before you install.

Np, let us know if they work better (or at least work!).

We're supposed to be getting a wireless router in the house, when we get ADSL (hopefully later this year) - i'm not too keen on fiddling with modules to get the wireless to work with Fedora.

But I think by the time we get it, it should all be sorted.

Many of the current problems loading PCMCIA and wireless modules in FC1 have been worked out for test2. (hopefully!)
