I am having an issue configuring wireless networking on my Toshiba laptop on FC2. At first it was trying to make both my wired lan card and the built in wireless card eth0. Using #neat I was able to get the wireless hardware set as eth1 but for some reason neat is seeing it as a wired ethernet card and not a wireless device. It is loading the intersil driver for it which is a wireless driver but when I try to add a wireless device it does not show the card present. If I try to add a second wired device it sees the card fine. I had this same trouble with RH9 when I compiled 2.6 for it back in test but the friend who resolved it for me is incommunicato for now and I cannot for the life of me figure out how he fixed this problem. I am starting to dink with the /etc/sysconfig/networking files but I really do not know what I am doing or if this will resolve anything. I hope someone out there can help on this as I really need to get wireless running on this sucker this week. My most gracious thanks in advance.

Actually everything worked out of the box on my laptop with FC3. I am no longer running FC2 so it is fixed as far as I am concerned. Thanks for the suggestion though!
