At least she's being honest: http://looku.com/view/870/college-isnt-really-necessary
Scary fact: I've met far too many women who think like this.

I had a girlfriend, she always got good grades, at-least better than mine.

Today she's married to some rich bloke, mother of his two kids.

Edit:

I know it is obvious, but I'd like to be clear on this. She's not married to me. I'm still single, and pretty much broke for all practical purposes.

She doesn't need college, however a good swift kick in the shorts would help!

Has to be a spoof.

That's a stupid article, somebody trying to justify their lazy lifestyle. She better hope she doesn't have kids because that will kick that entire theory/idea onto the curb!

Running daycare from your home without a college ed  Like I'd trust my kids to a daycare center like that!

My wife has a college education and I understand she put her career on hold when we started having kids but now that they are getting older I'm pushing for her to get back into her career and it isn't for financial reasons. It's more a sense of independence, accomplishment and insurance in case I were to die untimely.

Not to mention, I want that "I can do anything" attitude instilled in my daughters. :)
