Possible mistake on Forum pages.

Maybe, or likely, I am wrong, but at the bottom of every forum page appears:
New posts ( More than 15 replies or 150 views ) Closed thread
No new posts ( More than 15 replies or 150 views )

Shouldn't New posts be followed by (Less than 15 replies or 150 views)?

Or do I have the meaning wrong?

What page can I go to to learn about all the icons I see? Such as the camera? The thumbs up?

- More than 15 Replies or 150 views: Shows topics with heavy traffic. These Topics are marked with a blue edge (upper right)

There's no need to write (Less than...), besause it's self explaining.

Camera: you're watching this topic / have replied to.

Oh, I see now! The little blue edge makes all the difference!!! Must be going blind...
