Why is there no games section on here? I found games that are interesting but not all of them are available via synaptic or yum :( Worse is that there do not seem to be any dedicated repositories for games either.
I know linux isn't the best for games and I can install things myself if I have to but apt-get for rpm and yum are too nice to live wihtout :(

you can visit linux games (http://www.linuxgames.com/) and did you install the game's section during installation?

I saw that site a while ago. Of course I saw the game section in both synaptic and when I was installing stuff, as I said I can install stuff but I don't see why these forums don't have a games section and why someone doesn't dedicate a respository to games. It would be a great way to promote games for newbies and veterans who can't be bothered otherwise when they have windows and xbox, ps2, game-cube etc. It would be a lot more appealing.
