this is the answer:
"FreeNX (and nomachine's NX server) act in many ways like VNC or RDP for those of you who use those protocols to remotely access your Windows or Linux machines, except that NX server works from the X protocol level. It does many different tricks to speed up and compress remote X connections that I won't get into here, but suffice to say that the result is a pretty responsive remote X desktop over a dialup connection. It even uses the standard SSH port for its connections, so if you allow SSH into your network, you shouldn't have to reconfigure your firewall at all to take advantage of FreeNX.
Knoppix is by far, the best way to install Linux onto a hard drive. If you want the latest version, 3.6 apparently is out and the torrent for it can be located in the link above. FreeNX sounds like an awesome program, perhaps it will help you create a secure tunnel from home to your work's desktop."
note this are not my words.......got from something i read earlier ;)

isn't there i knoppix you can install in the hd?
Ug

Yes you can install it on your hard disk. At which point you just use their install feature, which makes a direct copy.
But I'm reviewing it from a pure Live CD viewpoint. So there's no point in my looking at the install to hard disk features. Plus I don't want to wipe Fedora at the moment.

Knoppix is great. But who needs NX. I mean who of you guys needs X11 over network anyway? X is outdated and has to go. I want directfb, please!

ROFLMAO!
Guys come on. I can't take this. The solution is:
open your case with a screwdriver
disconnect your hdd
op the hdd with the same screwdriver
push the cd in hard
close the everything again
boot your os and you should be fine.
This is worst than monty python.

I tried that but the CD doesn't fit inside the HDD, I'll have to post my findings to Bugzilla again. :(

I would really appreciate NX integration if fc. NX would allow me to actually remotely administrator soho offices without saturating thier wifi/internet connection, and it easily works on all X based application and even on windows. directfb's website didn't say much about it use on the network and its performance.
