Don't know if this is the right forum, but figured you programmers have the tools/know how to point me in the right direction.

I want a command line tool from which I can take ANY iso and make it into a bootable USB drive. I know of the version for F10 (livecd-iso-to-disk). But from the name I gather I couldn't use it to take a windows iso and make a bootable drive.

Does anyone know of a good tool to do what I want or has anyone made one?

Try searching for Windows Bootable USB

There are dozens of threads....

The problem with that is that would require me to have windows installed somewhere.. and I don't.

So it needs to be a linux tool/guide.

It doesn't. Numerous of guides explain on how to do it with a ISO. Go search. Trust me.
