The International Open-Source Network has created a desktop manual aimed at end-users with little or no prior knowledge of PCs.

btw i thought we were open source and as long as you give credit and link it to the author there is no problem.

Yeah, but I just don't like quoting a quote. Besides, I figured at least /. could handle any other traffic from here that they wouldn't normally get. ;)
