I just installed Fedora 10 to an older computer, but every time I try to login, the computer freezes. The same story happens when I reinstall the image. Has this happened to anyone before?

1: Press Ctrl+Alt+F1 when reaching login screen
2: login as root
3: Doyum update
#if all goes well do
init 6
Try to login again and post results

it was CTRL+ALT+F2 for me, but it did not work. I am having the same issue.

Installed F10 (perfect Server) and ISPConfig on a new Dell. Login screen hangs on "other..." and bottom menu/status bar half loads.

Trying the CTL+ALT+F1/F2, I get a blank screen.
