Very BAD Image/Video Quality on FC10

I'm running a ThinkPad T61 with a nVidia Quadro 140M video card. From what I've gathered, there aren't any drivers for the Quadro... however my image quality is terrible. It's not clear at all. I loaded two pictures on my linux laptop and on my Vista machine and there's a noticeable difference.

Does anyone know how to fix this, or any possible solutions?

maybe my guess is right, the Image/Video Driver for IBM must be a bug on FC10, some guys said there IBM laptop running slow also, and me too.......
I am updating FC10 now, 20 minutes later I can see whether this problem has been dealt or not!!
