HOw to compile dhcp-3.1.1 on ARM ?
are there any patches available or what changes are to be implemented ??

What is your environment ? Do you compile on the arm or do you have a cross-development environment ? The issue isn't patches to dhcp, it's the load of libraries and include files and making the configure file work in your environment.

Anyway Fedora is hosted on x86, x86_64 and PowerPC, NOT ARM. You're on the wrong forum to get help with ARM Linux systems.
