This may sound like a wierd request but my gnome looks kind of boring.
Can you give me some advices on "gnome styling" like good looking themes, system monitors or other desktop addons. I'll also be happy yo see some screenshots

since this thread was started i have been scratching my head trying to install this themes.....any ideas how to?

Using Fedora.us repositories:
yum install gnome-themes-extras

I'n not sure about that site you posted... those are just gnome-extras.
If you go on http://www.gnome-look.org
Under "GTK 2.x" or "Metacity" download theme you want.
Leave it compressed/archived.
Run: gnome-theme-manager, click "Install Theme", browse your downloaded file and click "Install"
Now click "Theme Details" and you got three sections: Controls, Window Borders and Icons
Some themes are only Icons, other are Controls and Icons, ....
Find your installed theme there.
