I installed 10 last week form a download. When I downloaded the file, I only saw one option. Now that it's installed there are a few problems, but the version is i686. I'm running a Core 2 Duo and used the xx_86 version with 9. Before I start debugging, do I haver the right version?
Thanks,
Terry

The i686 version should work fine, but the x86-64 version should also work and give you improved performance. What are the problems you are having?

I can no longer login as root. I can access everything and get approval as root to make changes, but I can't get there through Gnome.
The bigger issue existed with 9 also. The OS does not rcognize my HP w2408h monitor. The resolution is limited and does not display widescreen so everything is stretched.

I can no longer login as root. I can access everything and get approval as root to make changes, but I can't get there through Gnome. That's not a bug, that's a feature. See: http://forums.fedoraforum.org/showthread.php?t=205768, specifically: http://forums.fedoraforum.org/showpost.php?p=1120223&postcount=5The bigger issue existed with 9 also. Search around, there's quite a few threads describing this issue.
