My sound worked perfectly in Ubuntu 8.04 and 8.10, and openSUSE 11, but in Fedora (which I like the best besides the sound problem) I get no sound. I've changed all the settings in system->preferences->hardware->sound to every available option, made sure nothing was muted and every possible sound setting is at 100%.

Please help me.

Check your "Sound Properties" in System > Preferences > Hardware > Sound. Ensure the selected options are (from the top): Autodetect - AutoDetect - Autodetect - PulseAudio Sound Server. I believe this should be the default option setting and it works for me. HTH.
