NVIDIA 8600M GT issue with FC10

Hello all,

I have problem with NVIDIA GEforce 8600M GT in Fedora 10. I couldn't install kmod driver for nvidia and when try to enable desktop effects i am getting blank white screen.

Please help me.

i have the same card, and just had the same problem
but then i ran into an amazing app someone made :D

its called autoten
it will auto install apps for you, easy as can be
(i got it for my driver, but i also installed things like java/flash/other stuff)

No ATI Drivers!!!:mad: But otherwise, a nifty app for setting up Fedora 10 quickly.

Adding ATI support is problematic and will probably never be included in autoten.
