Ok, I found out the development repo is what is needed:

If you have Livna repo installed enable the "livna-devel.repo" and get the "rpmfusion-free-rawhide.repo" and "rpmfusion-nonfree-rawhide.repo" available using yum or yumex. :)

Are these big boys enough?
