LDAP and Addressbook

I tried to set up a global and private addressbook on my ldap server.
The server seams to work, but I can't log in as a user with Outlook.

Can anybody tell me how to set up the users in the LDAP server and how to configure outlook to login?

OK, the global addressbook with anonymous login works fine.
But still i can't login as a user to my private addressbook.
