I'm playing with F10 beta, and I like it! But I still use some older kde3 apps. I can't, for the life of me, find kcontrol to config the UI for the old apps. Is kcontrol completely gone, or is there a magic RPM I can't find?
Tried
#yum provides *bin/kcontrol*
-got nothing.

kcontrol is gone, since there is no kde3 desktop for it to control anymore.
KDE3 apps that are available in fedora (konversation comes to mind, one I use all the time), should function just fine under any DE, including kde4.
What did you have in mind in particular?

krusader is my main holdover. It works fine, I just can't seem to configure the QT3 style, mouse behaviour, and a few other things. It's not a really big deal. Just kind of annoying.

you should have a qt3-config command to configure qt3

Oh wait... It looks like they just updated the repos with a qt4 version of Krusader. Nevermind. That takes care of that problem.
