Hello.
I have a big problem with X on laptop Medion MD6100. Under RH9 and Suse everything runs great. When I installed FC, I copied sections from XF86Config to xorg.conf and run X.
Screen was black. Latest nvidia drivers are installed. Any X server activities are "plazma effect" or black screen. Whats wrong ? Could you send me correct xorg.conf ?

GeForce 488 Go 64MB
PIV 2.6Ghz

Did you follow the instructions on nvidia's homepage when installing the drivers? It should work then...copying parts from XF86Config doesn't seem to be a good idea. Try running system-config-display as root, this should overwrite xorg.conf, maybe X will come up then :confused:

Otherwise, reinstall nvidia driver, check this site (http://fedorafaq.org/#nvidia) for more information.
