Internal compiler error building Qt4

I keep getting an internal compiler error from gcc when attempting to rebuild Qt4 RPMs (it dies somewhere in the DOM code). Anyone know why this might be happening? Unfortunately I don't have the build output anymore, but I'm hoping someone else might know what's up.
