I tried booting the Fedora 10 Beta X64 Live-CD on an ASUS P5Q-EM motherboard based system, (Intel G45/ICH10R chipset with integrated graphics), without much luck.

I've been able to boot an Ubuntu "Intrepid" Alpha-6 X64 Live-CD all the way to X/Gnome desktop on this same ASUS P5Q-EM motherboard without any problems, however I was hoping to eventually install Fedora on this box as most of my prior systems have been Fedora based and I am more comfortable with Fedora / Red-Hat derived distro's.

The Fedora 10 Beta kernel seems to boot and start up to the point of trying to start "X", and then the whole system locks up hard, (no keyboard or mouse response) I see a momentary flash of a character-cell login prompt just before it tries to start the "X" server, so I suspect the problem is something in the "X" drivers or config, but being as this is a Live-CD, there was no easy way to diagnose it further without resorting to a full install.

Has anyone else tried Fedora 10 Beta on a G45 chipset board yet?

I have a Asus P5B-E and Fedora always picks up my drives as a raid mapper/isw_cebghifhaf_xp even with nodmraid in boot command. The board has a Jmicron sata controller.
The only way to install is too disconnect all other drive except the one I am installing on.

Same here tried kde live cd and stall on boot on desktop, with sata drive, 3 partitions, nvidia graphic card. Tried some boot options, one recommended about new graphical boot and also acpi=off but no good.
