Add/Remove gets Internal Error / no free codecs? / Adobe Flash Doesnt Work

Anyone getting an Internal Error after so many uses of Add/Remove programs? Mostly happens after I am using Empathy Messenger.

Also anyone notice there is only a free mp3 decoder.... no other codecs are free?

I am also not getting any sound..

Also my adobe flash player refuses to work after install.



FYI im using the 64-bit installed off the live cd
