Apache front page error

I'm trying to install front page server extensions.

During the installation script I am getting this error:

Value "apache" is incorrect.
Syntax error in value of "servconf" parameter.

I might not be adding a user properly based on this suggestion from a how to?

"FrontPage Administrator's user name: (whatever user name that you want to use to admin FrontPage. has to be on the system already.)"

Can anyody help me in this regard

My brother in law was asking how to get mod_frontpage working a while back along with some other things. I just ran through the script for him here
