since the update about a week ago my fedora 10 alpha totally broke: any kinds of video and audio stream does not work, weird language problem, cannot install g++(that never happened before) and many other stuff etc...... and my other NTFS and FAT32 disk does not load......................... :( audacious wnt even start for some reason. Im not getting any updates for like ages, and i always do it manually and 2day i found something weird......
the "system update" thing tells me that i've not refreshed for over a week!(screenshot)
that is definitely wrong coz i does yum update everyday........
anyone got same problem? any ideas how to solve this?

What is the latest package installed in your /var/log/yum.log file?

Is there a new key for Fedoara 10?

try yum-complete-transaction, i think with f10 there was a key change but it went right into the repo, not like the others.

keep in mind though that F
10 is frozen for beta now, so no updates might be correct.

No updates have been pushed to rawhide for the last few days because of the freeze.
I'm assuming the F10 alpha just uses that, as there is no actual channel. New keys have
been released for fedora-release-9.91, but it's koji only still probably as it was only built
just yesterday. The beta freeze is for until the 24th.

the latest was like last week
yea i did yum-complete-transaction but it did not help.
might be the case that it freezes, but the thing is that my fedora is like soooo broke that its not even funny, like the video card and the internet seems to be the only things working :(
2day i get a new error message says: failed to update package list: the error was : org.freedesktop.packagekit.system-source-refresh no................................................ ...
what does that mean? anything significant?

org.freedesktop.packagekit.system-source-refresh that error i would assume is to do with the Freeze of Updates

ok then that means theres nothing wrong with me then. umm jst surprised that everything failed at the last update:P. soundcard failed, NTFS failed, xine failed, mplayer failed, audacious failed, wine failed, pida failed, etc etc etc..... I mean it was like perfectly alright at the beginning, Guess i have to reinstall it or wait till 24th, which i dnt think i have the patience:P
anyways thanks alot guys!
